Spring at the Black Horse – New Dishes for Spring and our Mother’s Day Menu

As the days lengthen and we are enjoying the first signs of spring peeking through, March is shaping up to be another great month here in Market Bosworth. We are shaking off the winter blues with our delicious seasonal menus, and of course, preparing to celebrate the incredible mother figures in our life with our Mother’s Day menu.

Fresh Flavours for Spring

Launching on Thursday 13th March, we’re embracing the fresh flavours of the season with our brand new Spring lunch, dinner and dessert menus. Expect vibrant dishes that creatively showcase fresh produce and flavour profiles that reflect the essence of spring, a time of renewal.

Join us for lunch and choose from our collection of starters and mains, select a sharing platter, or one of our lighter dishes designed for a quick, but satisfying lunch. Our new evening menu for Spring features a range of new dishes, with flavours to appeal to all tastes.

Cheers to the Weekend

There’s no better way to welcome in the weekend than by taking advantage of our ‘Cheers to the Weekend’ deal on cocktails. Every Friday from 3pm to 6pm, start your weekend off the right way with 2-for-1 cocktails. Be sure to round up your cocktail crew and see us at the bar!

A Warm Welcome for Canine Friends

At The Black Horse, we are committed to providing a warm welcome, and this extends to your four-legged friends. Our bar area and garden/outdoor terrace are dog-friendly, so if you are out on a long walk, we are here to provide refreshments, whether you are looking for a leisurely lunch, or just a quick drink or two. With plenty of shade, and water bowls available, we are excited to provide a relaxing space for you and your canine companion.

Mother’s Day Menu 2025

Mark your calendars for Mothering Sunday, 30th March 2025. We are preparing to honour the extraordinary mother figures in our lives, so book now to treat that special nurturing presence in your life to an unforgettable experience with us. 

If you are looking to start celebrating early, and have big plans for the day, join us for breakfast from 10am to 11:30am. Alternatively, join us for our exquisite three-course set lunch menu, available from 12pm to 5:30pm. Priced at £40 per person, indulge in our curated selection of Mother’s Day favourites, crafted with love and the finest, freshest ingredients.

Changes to Breakfast for 2025

From March, our breakfast menu is now available only on the first weekend of every month. If you have a party of 15 or more people and are looking for a breakfast venue for Saturday or Sunday morning throughout the rest of the month, please call us on 01455 290278.
